Faces of Access Youth Coaching provides youth with high-quality, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, culturally relevant, and personalized support services.

Dr. Haynes is the founder and Executive Director of Faces of Access. As a youth-centered professional, Dr. Haynes developed Faces of Access with the goal of increasing educational and professional opportunities for all. Our mission is to empower youth to overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to lead fulfilling lives. We believe that these services should be accessible, affordable, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Dr. Haynes specializes in a wide range of issues affecting youth, including mental health, goal planning and setting, behavioral management, and more. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, depending on the needs of the client, to ensure that each client receive the most effective care possible.

At Faces of Access, we understand that youth have unique needs, which is why we prioritize creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of safety, security, and trust. We are committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with our clients, as well as their families and support systems, to help them achieve their goals.
