At the 2023 Reunion, in Houston, we introduced annual family dues to help support the growing cost of the reunion.

Family Dues will be collected annually from all members of the family and must be paid in full by November 1. Dues paying family members will be eligible for discounted family reunion bundle rates.

Family Dues will be used to cover reunion operating expenses such as website hosting, facilities rental fees, welcome bags, incidentals, etc. Family Dues will not be used to cover lodging, travel, or other ancillary cost associated with attending the family reunion.

The 2025 Reunion Dues must be paid in full by March 1, 2025. The rates remain unchanged from 2024 (dues will be assessed a credit card processing and handling fee in addition to the posted rate).

  • Single - $55

  • Couple - $85

  • One Parent & One Child* - $85

  • Family of 3 or 4* - $120

  • Family of 5* - $145

  • Family of 6* - $170

  • Family of 7 or more* - $200

*Family in this sense would be: spouses/partners and their children/dependents up to age 20.
**The above rates are also applicable to Friends of the Family planning to attend the reunion.
***All dues will be assessed a credit card processing and handling fee in addition to the above posted rate.

To help ease the financial burden of Family Dues, you may choose to make a one-time payment or enroll in monthly installments (spread out over 4 months).

Dues example:
- a couple with no children/dependents under the age of 21 would pay $85
- a single parent with one child/dependent under the age of 21 would pay $85
- a couple with one child/dependent under the age of 21 would pay $120
- a single parent with two children/dependents under the age of 21 would pay $120
- no person age 21 or older may be combined in the dues of another person unless they are married or a couple

Dunlap Family Reunion Dues FAQs

  • Why do we have dues?

In the past, there are usually a few members of the family who have subsidized the cost of reunions by "chipping in" large amounts of money to fill deficits. That model has proven to no longer be sustainable.

  • When do I need to pay my dues and how do I pay?

Family Dues will be collected annually from all members of the family and must be paid in full by November 1.

You may choose to make a one-time payment or enroll in monthly installments (spread out over 4 months).

  • Why should I pay dues? What's the benefit?

We introduced annual family dues to help support the growing cost of the reunion. Paying your dues will help ensure the continued legacy, success, and fun of the Dunlap Family Reunion. Dues paying family members will be eligible for discounted family reunion bundle rates.

  • What will dues be used for?

Family Dues will be used to cover reunion operating expenses such as website hosting, facilities rental fees, welcome bags, incidentals, etc. Family Dues will not be used to cover lodging, travel, or other ancillary cost associated with attending the family reunion.

  • My child is 22 and still live with me, what do I do?

No person age 21 or older may be combined in the dues of another person unless they are married or a couple. Anyone age 21 or older, regardless if they still live with their parents, must pay their own dues. Your child will be required to pay the single rate of $55.

  • I didn't pay dues, can I still attend the reunion?

Yes, non-dues paying family members (and friends) may still attend the reunion. However, they will have to pay a higher bundle rate than dues-paying family (and friends) members.
